Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join one of our clients in Cincinnati, OH. In this highly visible role, you will work directly with the Head of IAM to build and enhance the company's identity security program using SailPoint and Entra ID.

You will design and implement SailPoint integrations, configure Entra SSO, and develop custom rules, while coordinating with HR systems like Workday.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SailPoint engineering experience with either Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Proven ability to build SailPoint integrations: aggregation, correlation, and provisioning workflows.
• Strong experience with Entra ID SSO configurations including SAML and OIDC.
• Understanding of identity objects and their relationship to HR systems like Workday or ADP.

Responsibilities

• Build and engineer solutions in SailPoint (Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ) and Entra SSO, working across both platforms in roughly equal measure.
• Perform identity integrations including aggregation, correlation, and provisioning with systems like Workday and other enterprise applications.
• Develop custom rules and deep platform configurations beyond standard administrative workflows.
• Work with APIs including SCIM for identity federation and provisioning.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets (currently ~40% of workload, decreasing as backlog clears)

This is a highly visible role where you'll work directly alongside the Head of IAM on building and enhancing the company's identity security program across SailPoint and Entra ID.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on SailPoint engineering experience with either Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Proven ability to build SailPoint integrations: aggregation, correlation, and provisioning workflows
• Strong experience with Entra ID SSO configurations including SAML and OIDC
• Understanding of identity objects and their relationship to HR systems like Workday or ADP
• Comfort working iteratively within an organization's current security maturity level
• SCIM protocol experience strongly preferred
• Database knowledge, ServiceNow experience, and strong communication skills are valued but not required
