Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring a Junior Recruiter for a mostly remote role supporting CARD’s CA centers. You will source, interview, and hire candidates in a fast-paced environment, building pipelines and maintaining ATS records.

You will collaborate with center operations leadership and Talent Acquisition to meet hiring goals while upholding CARD’s professional standards. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written.
• College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry certifications from SHRM, AIRS, The Recruiter Academy or others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of Lead Recruiter and TA Manager.
• Build active/passive applicant pipelines by researching and identifying candidates, building relationships with colleges/universities, assisting with social media branding and networking.
• Maintain applicant tracking system.
• Interviews candidates by phone, video conference, or in person; assess qualifications.
• Develop candidate experience and relationships with hiring managers.
• Using recruitment metrics, create weekly activity reports and meet weekly goals.
• Participate in recruiting meetings with Talent Acquisition, Operations and Leadership.
• Represent CARD policy and professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep industry knowledge up to date by participating in seminars and professional organizations.
