Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across locations. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment, working closely with center leadership and Talent Acquisition.

The position offers remote work with some travel to events as needed. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• English proficiency in verbal and written form.
• College coursework up to Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry certifications (SHRM, AIRS, The Recruiter Academy) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under guidance of Lead Recruiter and TA Manager.
• Build active/passive candidate pipelines by researching candidates and engaging with colleges/universities.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct screenings via phone or video, assess qualifications, and document outcomes.
• Produce weekly recruitment activity reports and contribute to team meetings.
