Job summary

Sway Creative Labs is seeking a Junior Producer to own day-to-day retainer requests across digital, print, social, and video, delivering on brief and on time. You’ll be the primary client contact and owner of workflows from day one, with direct exposure to senior producers on larger campaigns.

This is an in-the-trenches role in a small team, offering autonomy, opportunities to learn the full campaign lifecycle, and a path to grow into producer roles as you deliver clear schedules and maintain

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management or production experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines without dropped threads.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; comfortable on client calls.
• Working knowledge of at least two of our core mediums: digital, video, print, social.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with AI tools and constructing well-framed prompts; use them to speed up work.
• Willingness to work independently and escalate when off track.
• Occasional travel and on-set availability.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day retainer requests across digital, print, social, and video, delivered on time and on brief.
• Serve as the responsive, knowledgeable point of contact for assigned clients on routine work.
• Act as the last line of defense on proofing: specs, copy accuracy, brand standards, and alignment with the original request.
• Keep client status sheets current so nothing sits unaccounted for.
• Support Producers and Senior Producers on larger campaigns, owning assigned workstreams.
• Coordinate multi-deliverable rollouts with resizes, trafficking, and asset delivery against media flight dates.
• Track deliverable inventories on campaigns with high asset counts.
