Scion Staffing is recruiting for a Junior Litigation Associate to join a nationally recognized plaintiff-side class action boutique. This fully remote role offers early substantive responsibility and opportunities to litigate complex matters against national companies and Am Law counsel.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional legal writing ability.
• Approximately 2–4 years of sophisticated litigation experience; federal or high-level judicial clerkships encouraged.
• Active bar admission and willingness to handle complex class action matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, dispositive motions, and class certification briefs in state and federal courts.
• Develop novel legal theories, manage discovery, take and defend depositions.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and coordinate with experts.
• First- and second-chair hearings and arbitrations as opportunities arise.
