Jobot, a nationally recognized plaintiffs' trial firm, seeks an attorney with a track record in plaintiff litigation and class actions. Join a Complex Litigation group handling high-stakes matters against sophisticated defendants, with a fully remote, California-based setup.

Responsibilities include managing class action matters, drafting pleadings and motions, supervising discovery, and developing expert witnesses within a firm with a 75+ year reputation in plaintiffs' litigation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years plaintiff litigation experience with class action or complex litigation focus.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions and briefs in state/federal court.
• Knowledge of discovery, depositions and expert-witness development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of state and federal class action matters.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs including class certification.
• Manage written discovery and coordinate e-discovery processes.
• Conduct depositions, participate in oral argument, and assist with expert-witness development.
• Coordinate document review, organization and production.
