Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to join its team in a fully remote capacity while requiring NJ Bar membership and residence in New Jersey. The attorney will handle sophisticated plaintiff-side matters across state and federal courts, focusing on employment and consumer class actions, wage-hour disputes, and related litigation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with discovery, motion practice, appearances, oral advocacy, and depositions.
• Experience with class actions, complex litigation, employment litigation, or representative actions preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated plaintiff-side employment and consumer actions in state and federal courts.
• Participate in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Provide hands-on litigation leadership with significant case responsibility and courtroom exposure.

A well-established plaintiffs' litigation firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing team as it expands its presence in the Northeast. The firm handles a sophisticated caseload in both state and federal courts, representing employees and consumers in complex litigation matters against businesses ranging from local employers to large national corporations.

The practice focuses on employment and consumer class and representative actions, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, unfair business practices, and related litigation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking substantial responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the chance to work on complex, high-impact cases within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
