Job summary

From Day One, Inc. is expanding its live events into Canada and seeking a Canada-based Junior Marketer (Audience).

You will help grow our audience of readers and attendees by leveraging CRM tools, email marketing, and content-driven campaigns while adopting Canadian best practices. The role requires a 4-year degree and 3+ years post-grad experience, with remote flexibility and stakeholder-facing collaboration in the Greater Toronto area if needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college/university degree at minimum.
• Knowledge of Canadian email marketing best practices and evolving industry standards.
• Ability to run audience marketing campaigns and meet targets.
• Experience with web research to identify audience development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience development strategies.
• Run audience marketing campaigns and measure results.
• Collaborate with CRO and VP Sales on marketing tactics and creative.
• Identify opportunities through web research and market analysis.
• Promote the company and its mission in the conference space.
