Qualifications

• Experience in social media, community management, digital marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Understanding of major social platforms and content formats.
• Ability to turn social data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Working knowledge of social media KPIs and performance analysis.
• Clear written communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative with marketing partners and stakeholders.
• Good organisation to manage several priorities.
• Interest in a video-first content approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the social media strategy across Canadian channels and audiences.
• Plan, schedule and publish social content aligned with tone and guidelines.
• Contribute to content and channel recommendations based on audience needs.
• Carry out social listening and support reporting to produce insights.
• Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve content performance.
• Work with copywriters and designers on engaging social content.
• Partner with marketing teams to turn business needs into social opportunities.
• Share ideas informed by trends and benchmarks.
• Support development of video approaches suited to each platform.
• Follow global guidelines for creating and managing social channels.
• Build knowledge of audience behaviour and tools and share learnings.
