This remote-friendly role sits in Massachusetts, with opportunities to collaborate across a nationwide network of regional offices. The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in lighting estimating is a plus.
• Experience reviewing construction plans and specs.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and electrical drawings.
• Produce lighting fixture and controls take-offs.
• Identify discrepancies with the design team.
• Request pricing and lead times from manufacturers and reps.
• Prepare comprehensive lighting proposals.
• Produce submittal packages after award.
• Review submittals and update quotes.
• Track lighting changes and update quotes.
• Collaborate with Sales on proposals.
• Coordinate with Project Management during order release.
