Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs, projects, and initiatives. You will review project documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, and contribute to client reporting under senior guidance.

This remote role allows up to 25% travel; growth in governance, oversight, and IV&V methods is expected as you develop expertise in program oversight and reporting.

Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years of experience consulting within designated function required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with management and work groups to maintain work plan documents.
• Facilitate meetings or conducts interviews with customers (internal and external), clients, teammates as needed based on project assignments.
• Gather necessary information to provide analysis, and prepares reports documenting findings of such analysis.
• Participate in client meetings; develop trust, credibility, and strong client relationships; and seek opportunities to add value above and beyond competitors.
