Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Junior IV&V Analyst to conduct independent assessments of technology programs and projects. You will review project documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, develop findings, and contribute to client reporting. Remote work with travel up to 25% is expected.

Ideal candidates have backgrounds in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, or quality assurance and are eager to develop governance and oversight expertise within a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, consulting, quality assurance, audit, or technology project environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Remote work with up to 25% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering projects to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Maintain work plan documents with management and work groups.
• Facilitate meetings and interviews with clients and internal teams.
• Gather information to provide analyses and document findings.
• Prepare findings, reports, and presentations for client reporting.
• Contribute to client meetings and build relationships.
• Adhere to Maximus policies and contract requirements.
• Attend division and corporate meetings as requested.
