Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Junior IV&V Analyst to support independent assessments of technology programs, projects, and operational initiatives. You will work under senior consultants and project managers to review project documentation, analyze performance, identify risks, and contribute to client reporting.

This remote role requires collaboration with management and stakeholders, with travel up to 25% based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-3 years of experience consulting within designated function required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
• Maintain work plan documents in collaboration with management and work groups.
• Facilitate meetings or interviews with customers, clients, teammates as needed.
• Gather information to provide analysis and prepare reports documenting findings.
• Participate in client meetings and develop strong client relationships; seek value-added opportunities.
• Aim to achieve and exceed client satisfaction metrics.
