Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a talented graphic designer to create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and social content for multiple channels. You will develop concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project needs, applying brand guidelines across digital and print.

Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver polished files on deadline while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to receive feedback and work collaboratively.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, image manipulation, and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams on creative projects.
• Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet requirements.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.
• Maintain organized design libraries, templates, source files, and project assets.
• Support multiple design projects while managing deadlines and competing priorities.
• Assist with graphics for websites, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and social media.
• Research current design trends and provide creative ideas when appropriate.
• Ensure visuals are accurate, professional, and brand-aligned.
• Coordinate with external vendors or print providers when needed.
• Review final designs for quality, formatting, alignment, and consistency.
• Support senior designers with larger projects and production tasks.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and processes.
