Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a creative Junior Graphics Designer for a full-time contract. You will develop visual content, support marketing initiatives, and ensure brand guidelines are applied across digital and print materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field and 1–2 years of design experience, with strong Adobe CC skills and a solid portfolio. Remote or hybrid options may be available depending on organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts and visual compositions based on project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection and image manipulation.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams on creative projects.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.
