Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a creative Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis. You will create visual content, support marketing and branding, and produce high-quality digital and print materials that align with our brand guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Remote or hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related creative role.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to receive feedback, revise work, and collaborate.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong portfolio showing creativity and design fundamentals; experience in digital and print materials preferred.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content, and other visuals.
Develop concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project needs.
Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print.
Assist with photo editing, typography, color, image manipulation, and basic illustration.
Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders on projects.
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Prepare final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.
Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and assets.
Support multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Assist with graphics for websites, emails, presentations, ads, and social media.
Research design trends and contribute ideas when appropriate.
Ensure materials are accurate, professional, and brand-consistent.
Coordinate with external vendors or print providers as needed.
Review final designs for quality, formatting, alignment, and consistency.
Support senior designers on larger projects and production tasks.
Contribute ideas to improve workflows and templates.
