Job summary

healthbay is seeking a creative Junior Graphics Designer on a full-time contract to support marketing and branding initiatives in Chicago.

You will produce digital and print materials, develop concepts, apply brand guidelines, edit photos, and collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams. A Bachelor's in Graphic Design and 1–2 years of experience with Adobe CC are expected, with remote or hybrid options depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics and marketing materials.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions.
• Apply brand guidelines across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, and basic illustration.
• Prepare final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.
• Coordinate with marketing teams and internal stakeholders.
