Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer on a full-time contract to join our marketing team in Tampa, FL. You will create digital graphics, support branding initiatives, and produce print and digital materials that align with our brand standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field, have 1–2 years of experience, and are proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Remote or hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions based on project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, image manipulation, and basic illustration.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders on creative projects.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.]
• Maintain organized design libraries, templates, source files, and project assets.
• Support multiple design projects while managing deadlines and competing priorities.
