Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. seeks a Jr. Graphics Designer to support branding, marketing, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will translate creative concepts into polished visuals under the guidance of senior designers, contributing to branding and corporate communications. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design across branding, marketing, and corporate communications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout.
• Experience creating graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, or digital channels is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent visual standards across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work with senior designers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into clear, visually effective designs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, UX/UI design, video production, or interactive media is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing original graphic concepts and visual designs for digital, print, and marketing projects.
• Create social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and branded content.
• Design and update visual assets for websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to understand project requirements.
• Translate briefs and campaign messaging into clear design solutions.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across typography, color, imagery, and layouts.
• Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize images for digital and print use.
• Prepare production-ready files meeting technical specifications and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
• Maintain organized libraries of design assets and templates.
• Research design trends and tools to support learning and development.
• Assist with basic motion graphics, animation, and video editing when required.
• Coordinate with senior designers, printers, vendors, and agencies for production of materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve design templates and workflows.
• Ensure completed designs align with brand standards and accessibility considerations.
