Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. seeks a Junior Graphics Designer to support branding, marketing, communications, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will translate concepts into polished visual assets under guidance from senior designers and creative teams.

The ideal candidate has a foundation in visual communication, willingness to learn, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work. This is a full-time contract role with remote or hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in graphic design or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, print, branding and marketing work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience creating graphics for websites and social media is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing original graphic concepts and visual designs for digital, print, marketing, and corporate communications projects.
• Create social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, reports, flyers, promotional materials, and branded content.
• Design and update visual assets for websites, email campaigns, digital platforms, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to understand project requirements and creative objectives.
• Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into clear, visually effective designs.
• Prepare production-ready files meeting technical specifications and quality standards.
