Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent preferred.

• Strong portfolio with digital design, print, branding, and social media work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating graphics for websites, emails, and campaigns is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing original graphic concepts and visual designs for digital, print, marketing, and corporate communications projects.
• Create social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, reports, flyers, and branded content.
• Design and update visual assets for websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to understand project requirements.
• Translate briefs and concepts into clear, visually effective designs.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across typography, color, imagery, and layouts.
• Edit and optimize images for digital and print use.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure quality standards.
• Manage multiple design assignments with deadlines.
• Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback.
