Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Close Support: assist with monthly/annual close, manage expense allocations, variance analysis, and prepare management reporting packages
• Operational & Strategic Analysis: evaluate ROI of current strategies, workflows, and tactics; deliver actionable recommendations to maximize efficiency
• Acquisition & Capital Analysis: build/maintain financial models to support development initiatives, acquisition targeting, and ROI evaluations
• Budgeting & Forecasting: assist with annual financial planning, re-forecasting, and departmental budget tracking
• Ad Hoc Business Intelligence: serve as analytics partner for day-to-day requests, translating datasets into insights
• Automation & Tool Management: design/build/maintain advanced reporting templates, automated data pipelines, and dashboards using Excel automation tools
