• Experience with invoicing, receivables, payroll administration, and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and archive supplier invoices; prepare and monitor outgoing invoices.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue receivables.
• Prepare monthly payslips and verify payroll information.
• Assist with bookkeeping and maintain fixed asset register.
• Support administrative finance tasks.
