Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 applications to ensure performance, reliability, and availability.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and platform updates to keep environments current and secure.
• Create and maintain backups and support restoration activities as needed.
• Provide end-user support and resolve issues across IT and business teams.
