Job summary

Axiom is seeking a Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to support high-volume client projects. The role is well suited for junior to mid-level commercial generalists who bring solid core commercial contracting experience and exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments, even if not a subject-matter expert.

You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, support supply chain and manufacturing contracts, and provide practical legal guidance on contract terms and risk.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-qualification experience in-house or commercial practice.
• Solid core commercial contracting experience with exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate core commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, distribution and procurement contracts.
• Support supply chain, manufacturing-focused contracts, including vendor and operations-related agreements.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance on contract terms and risk allocation.
• Assist with large contracting initiatives, including standardization and remediation projects.
• Support CLM efforts, including implementation and optimization.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance and compliance to align contracts with business objectives.
• Contribute to contract playbooks, templates and process improvements for scalable contracting.
