Job summary

Axiom is seeking experienced contracting lawyers with deep expertise in healthcare-related agreements to support our in-house legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including SaaS and IT, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to advance commercial objectives.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and proactive legal guidance to internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of in-house healthcare contracting experience.
• Proven SaaS, IT, procurement, and supply chain contract management.
• Active bar admission in state of primary residence.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare contracts including supply chain, SaaS, IT, and procurement.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, supply chain, and business development.
• Develop and implement contract management best practices to mitigate risk.
• Assist in resolving disputes and advise on risk assessment.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract issues and compliance.
