Job summary

Oshkosh Defense, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Senior IT Technical Analyst (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC) to administer and support CNC environments, ensuring secure, scalable ERP infrastructure.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, implement ITIL processes, manage CNC activities, perform monitoring and tuning, and contribute to upgrades, integrations, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in IT with JDE CNC and ERP environments.
• Experience with JDE architecture, package management, security, and lifecycle management.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model in communication, delivering JDE CNC solutions promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments and updates.
• Manage CNC activities including builds, security, and environment refreshes.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to support business needs.
• Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning across JDE web, enterprise, and database servers.
• Develop documentation and best practices; ensure high availability and DR testing.
