ennVee is seeking a JD Edwards Technical Support Consultant CNC to install, upgrade, and support the JD Edwards technical foundation. This remote-based role is based in the United States.

You will provide day-to-day support to end-users, application programmers, and business analysts, handling troubleshooting, maintenance, automation, and performance optimization, with most work performed remotely. Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne, BSSV, and Orchestrator is a plus, as is strong SQL troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience, including technical support, upgrades, migrations and implementations.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team supporting organizational goals.

Responsabilités

• Install, upgrade, and support the JD Edwards technical foundation.
• Provide day-to-day support to end-users, application programmers, and business analysts; troubleshoot, maintain, automate, and optimize performance.
• Most work performed remotely with minimal travel to client locations.
