Job summary

ennVee TechnoGroup Inc is seeking a JD Edwards Technical Support Consultant CNC to install, upgrade, and support the JD Edwards technical foundation. This is a remote-based role within the United States, providing day-to-day support to end-users, Application Programmers, and Business Analysts.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, automate, and optimize performance, with 5+ years in JD Edwards CNC consulting and SQL experience; travel minimal to client sites; 90% remote work.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field or higher preferred.
5+ years of consulting experience, including technical support, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
1+ years experience with JD Edwards application software through E1 9.x.
1+ years of SQL.
4+ years of System Administration with JD Edwards E1.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, and support the JD Edwards technical foundation.
Provide day-to-day support to end-users, Application Programmers, and Business Analysts.
Troubleshoot, maintain, system automation, and performance optimization.
Most work to be done remotely; some client site travel as needed.
