You will collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders, manage incidents via ITIL, perform upgrades, lead CNC projects including migrations and cloud initiatives, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in JD Edwards CNC or related ERP environments.
• Experience with JDE architecture, package management, security, server management, troubleshooting, and system lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as role model in communication, delivering JD Edwards CNC solutions promptly and effectively.
• Utilize ITIL methodology and ticketing to manage incidents, changes, problems, and service requests in JDE environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments including ESUs, ASUs, tools releases, and application upgrades.
• Manage CNC activities including package builds, deployments, security administration, and environment refreshes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support business requirements through stable JDE CNC environments.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across JDE architecture (web, enterprise, database servers).
• Maintain and support integrations including AIS, Orchestrator Studio, BSSV, and interoperability frameworks.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for JDE CNC processes.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, backup strategies, and security controls.
• Lead CNC-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and cloud initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and network teams for reliability.
• Serve as SME for JD Edwards CNC; escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Mentor team members on JDE CNC best practices.
