ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a JDE Technology Support Engineer for a remote contract role. You will resolve incidents and incidents across JD Edwards environments to ensure operational stability and performance.

The position requires advanced expertise in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Technical, with 7-10 years of experience. You will lead troubleshooting, implement changes, and collaborate with vendors and service teams to prevent disruptions.

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle JD Edwards and EnterpriseOne Technical.
7–10 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple JD Edwards components to ensure operational stability.
Create and implement Requests for Change; update knowledge base articles for effective troubleshooting.
Collaborate with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and drive resolution.
Provide leadership to the team, guiding decisions and coordinating across multiple teams to drive results.
Develop solutions to complex technical issues to improve system performance and reliability.
Lead efforts to improve operational processes and implement best practices within the support team.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and communication between business systems.
Share knowledge to strengthen team capabilities and monitor system health to prevent disruptions.
