Job summary

Enspire Partners, Inc. seeks a JD Edwards Techno‑Functional Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement enterprise solutions. You will analyze requirements, design JDE enhancements, and support Financials, SC, Mfg, WMS, and TMS while ensuring best practices.

You will develop, test, and deploy JD Edwards EnterpriseOne apps and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document requirements and solutions for ongoing support and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 experience in BA, development or ERP support.
• Experience across Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, WMS and TMS.
• Strong requirements gathering and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with JDE tools: Data Dictionary, Business Views, UBEs, BI Publisher, Orchestrator.
• Experience building and supporting REST APIs, BSSV, Orchestrations, XML.
• Knowledge of JDE architecture, deployments, CNC coordination, and security.
• SQL development, data analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution.

Job description

The JD Edwards Techno‑Functional Analyst is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to identify, analyze, develop, and implement enterprise solutions that support organizational objectives. This role includes evaluating business requirements, designing and enhancing JDE applications, supporting Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Transportation Management (TMS), troubleshooting system issues, developing reports and integrations, executing testing and deployment activities, and providing ongoing technical support while adhering to established development standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs across Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, WMS, and TMS.
• Develop, configure, and test JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications, reports, integrations, and enhancements using E1 development tools such as UBEs, BSFNs, BI Publisher, and Orchestrator.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application, integration, and production issues to ensure system reliability and minimize business disruption.
• Manage integrations with third‑party applications and support CNC‑related activities, including package builds, deployments, and ESUs.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and alignment of project scope and deliverables.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements to support development and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver scalable, integrated JD Edwards solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system validation, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, project updates, and support materials.
• Recommend process improvements, provide technical support and training, and maintain current knowledge of JD Edwards tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 experience in Business Analysis, Application Development, or ERP support.
• Experience supporting and enhancing JDE solutions across multiple functional areas such as Financials, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory, Manufacturing, WMS, and TMS.
• Strong background in gathering requirements, developing functional/technical specifications, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with JDE development tools: Data Dictionary, Business Views, BSFNs (C & NER), UBEs, BI Publisher, Orchestrator Studio, Groovy scripting, and retrofitting.
• Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, BSSV, Orchestrations, XML, and third‑party WMS/TMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of JDE architecture, deployments, security, package builds, ESUs, Server Manager, and CNC coordination.
• Proficiency in SQL development, data analysis, troubleshooting, log analysis, debugging, and root‑cause resolution.
• Experience with JDE infrastructure components including Enterprise Server, JAS/HTML, AIS, BSSV, WebLogic, and related environments.
