Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in Java.
• Rapid assimilation to new software systems and domains, while identifying root causes.
• Experience communicating with teams to encourage decomposing work and adopting beneficial agile team processes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively working with the client to deliver quality software solutions.
• Communicating effectively with client colleagues on process, delivery, and team health to increase team proficiency.
• Progressively enhance the codebase and supporting systems and pay down tech debt as part of the software delivery process.
