Job summary

Klap6 is seeking a Java SDET for a 1-year contract with 100% remote work in the United States. The role focuses on building quality with strong test coverage, automation and microservices testing across platforms, including CI/CD integration.

The candidate will develop QA standards, document test strategies, and collaborate with engineers to ensure reliability and performance. Remote work is supported from the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on testing experience required.
• Experience with unit, functional and integration testing.
• Experience building automation frameworks using Java, JUnit or JBehave.
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) and code coverage tools.
• Agile methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure test coverage and logging.
• Develop QA standards, processes, tools and test methodologies.
• Define testing requirements for microservices and 12-factor apps.
• Document test strategies and plans.
• Contribute to automation efforts across complex features.
