Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• +5 years of Java development experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience scaling large systems.
• Familiar with Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Utilize in-depth JVM and framework knowledge to implement end-to-end systems autonomously.
• Translate requirements into development tasks and plans.
• Produce test-driven features and follow TDD practices.
• Apply SOLID and cohesive design for maintainable software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into product improvements.
• Lead design discussions with Product Managers to drive value.
• Support production systems, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Share knowledge across the engineering community.
• Mentor colleagues and foster growth.
• Create PoCs to evaluate new tools.
