Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise application design and development.
• 2+ years backend application development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions and engage with customers.
• 1+ year building scalable distributed data systems using Java and cloud tech.
• Strong Java knowledge (Java 8+), runtime basics.
• Mentorship and leadership to junior engineers.
• Hands-on coding with code review.
• Strong CS foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience in performance optimisations, profiling, and runtime analysis.
