Job summary

Lilt is seeking professional or semi-professional voice talents for an exciting project to train AI voice models. We are prioritising native Japanese speakers with experience in voice acting, narration, or related fields, who have access to a high-quality home recording setup.

You will deliver voice samples and demonstrate qualities from bright and sultry to ASMR, with expressive, conversational delivery. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, no fixed hours, and fast

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale: JAPANESE.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup.
• Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality, etc.).
• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.
