lilt-production is seeking a native German voice talent for remote recording sessions to support AI-driven language and speech technology. You will contribute by recording German voice samples with a natural, mature delivery, suitable for customer-facing dialogue, and you will manage your own schedule as an independent contractor.

The role requires a proper home studio, strict adherence to project specs, and willingness to license voice outputs for AI training.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with a mature voice (approx. 35–55)
• Independent contractor with home studio setup
• Able to follow precise instructions and meet deadlines
• Willing to license voice output for AI training

Responsibilities

• Record German-language voice samples in a natural, conversational style
• Deliver material at a consistent, moderate pace with clear diction
• Follow technical specs for each assignment (volume, format, naming)
• Submit demos/auditions as part of evaluation
• Meet tight turnaround deadlines when booked
• License recordings for AI training purposes
