Job summary

Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Export Compliance Analyst to join our remote, contract 1st shift team.

You will prepare, submit and administer export/import authorizations, coordinate exports and imports in line with client policy and US export regulations, and support the GT team with document reviews. The ideal candidate has ITAR and EAR knowledge, strong project-management skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience managing legal tasks, files and deadlines.
• Creating and managing effective tracking tools.
• Project management related to legal matters and investigations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and spoken communication.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and administer required export/import authorizations.
• Coordinate exports and imports per policy and US export laws.
• Support Global Trade in document reviews for compliance.
• Maintain file management for investigations and disclosures.
