Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in export control compliance roles.
• Experience with defense contractors or U.S. government work.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements and enforcement.
• Experience building, deploying and maintaining compliant processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Able to learn new topics swiftly and own complex tasks.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities with efficiency.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Top Secret/SAP clearances.
• Willing to travel at least 15% of time.
• Familiar with export compliance software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ITAR and EAR compliance across programs and products.
• Prepare and submit export authorization applications.
• Provide ITAR/EAR guidance and training to staff.
• Monitor changes in export control regulations and implement them.
• Manage and track export authorizations and renewals.
• Liaise with U.S. government agencies as needed.
• Support logistics on hardware exports and shipments.
• Develop and improve compliance procedures for subsidiaries.
• Assess compliance of export/import transactions and investigations.
