YO AI Labs is seeking Italian Bilingual Experts to contribute to a language and AI training project, focusing on evaluating Italian audio content and providing feedback. You will document assessments in English and follow guidelines to ensure quality, meeting deadlines from a remote location.

No prior AI experience is required; strong Italian language proficiency and good English communication are the keys.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Italian
• B2+ proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Italian and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality of the speaker or model output
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences
• Document assessments using clear and concise written feedback in English
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Italian-language understanding and generation
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail
