Qualifications

• Native or near-native Italian with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent English to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
• 3+ years of professional Italian QA/translation or related work.
• Experience evaluating translations against rubrics and improving QA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Spot-check Italian items and provide feedback.
• Update trainers and QAs on guidelines and changes.
• Respond to questions on Italian grammar, tone, and cultural context.
• Help onboard contributors and maintain documentation.
• Identify recurring quality gaps and improve QA processes.
