Job summary

CloudPay Inc. is seeking an experienced Italian Payroll Specialist to manage operational payroll processing for our Italian clients within a global payroll framework.

You will ensure accuracy, timely payments, and compliance across payroll cycles while collaborating with Implementation and Operations teams. The role requires solid knowledge of Italian payroll laws, strong MS Excel/Word skills, and experience with Zucchetti; fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting.
• Experience with payroll software and MS Office – Excel and Word.
• Experience of Zucchetti would be beneficial.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently.
• Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
• Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations.
• Support any parallel runs if testing is needed on a new requirement.
• Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll.
• Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing.
• Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations.
• Maintains payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
• Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfully.
