My Amazon Guy is seeking an IT Website Specialist to optimize our site and support core IT functions. The role blends creative and technical work, focusing on performance, security, data integrity, and reliable systems to back marketing, operations, and business strategy.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Design, IT, and Executive teams to drive seamless digital experiences, automate processes, and deliver data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Website Specialist or IT/Web Developer hybrid role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and responsive design.
• Experience with SEO, technical SEO audits, and metadata/schema.
• IT troubleshooting, system administration, data operations, and dashboards.
• Analytical mindset, problem solving, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and optimize website content aligning with marketing initiatives.
• Oversee website design, functionality, and multi-device UX.
• Ensure site speed, security, accessibility, and brand alignment.
• Perform SEO audits and optimize metadata, schema, and links.
• Develop dashboards and data pipelines; support data-driven decisions.
