• Adheres to quality assurance and data privacy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops adaptive learning modules and facilitator-led materials that respond to learner needs and performance trends, leveraging Artificial Intelligence and machine learning tools to enhance engagement and instructional impact.
• Adheres to procedures for quality assurance processes for all generated content and established guidelines for data privacy and ethical use of AI in educational materials.
• Builds and maintains complex training environments utilizing tools such as Barcodifier, AutoResults, Epic TXT, Print Routing, TWAIN Imaging, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, uPerform and Amplifire.
• Utilizes AI-driven data analytics to track learning outcomes and inform course content design.
