Optum Learning Solutions is hiring a full-time Instructional Designer to help develop training curriculum for Genoa Healthcare. The role supports design and delivery of innovative learning solutions that improve frontline performance and compliance.

This is a national remote position with standard business hours. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, apply ADDIE, create eLearning with Articulate, and integrate courses into LMS.

Responsibilities

• Learning Needs Analysis with SMEs, managers, trainers to identify goals and gaps
• Design and develop learning using ADDIE or similar models
• Create engaging eLearning (Articulate Storyline, Rise) and vILT content
• Ensure accessibility standards (ADA 508, WCAG) and LMS integration (SCORM)
• Develop virtual training experiences with Zoom/Teams and interactive elements
• Conduct alpha/beta testing and revise content based on feedback
