BairesDev, a global technology services company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for its Executive Search team. You will identify and secure top-tier leadership talent for our organization and clients, building high-performing teams through strategic recruitment and thorough candidate assessment.

This 100% remote role requires 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong English, US-market experience, and excellent negotiation skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (Mandatory).
Experience recruiting for the US market.
Experience working in remote environments.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent analytical and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
