Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Support Specialist I to provide remote client systems support across networks, connectivity and applications. You will troubleshoot, gather information for root-cause analysis, work with customers to resolve issues, and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year related IT support experience (networks, connectivity, software).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate clearly.
• Valid driver’s license; occasional travel to sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve remote systems issues (networks, interfaces, connectivity, applications).
• Gather information to identify root cause analysis.
• Escalate problems per department process when unresolved.
• Assist customers and work with them to resolve technical issues.
• May visit customer sites occasionally and provide training on drivers and software.
