Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware components.
Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and data backup solutions.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with timely resolution.
