Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar IT analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Java, C++, Python and SQL.
• Experience with system architecture and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including system architecture and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide end-user support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend implementations.
• Conduct testing and QA to ensure systems and applications function properly.
• Provide training and support on new systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Assist with IT projects including upgrades and implementations.
• Maintain data security and integrity with proper security measures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
